PD–3
A 64 × 64 pixel panel in a bent aluminum frame. It hangs like a picture and plays pixel graphics.
The frame itself is the control: rotate it on its axis to change mode. An M6 rail takes a hanging piece, M4 holes take a screw mount.

The four orientations are programmable. Every texture runs live in the browser — arrange the steps, tune each one, and write it all to the frame over usb-c. Your own letters, photos and pixel drawings go in the same way.
